Wyoming has sought to become the premier state for attracting corporate business. It has provided the same favorable corporate atmosphere as that of Nevada, in that there are no corporate taxes of any type; the shareholders are anonymous and the business laws and court systems are very favorable to the Wyoming corporation and Wyoming LLC.
