HAVING A NEVADA ADDRESS

Although the State of Nevada does not require that a corporation, LLC or their officers have a Nevada presence, often a bank will require a Nevada address in order to open a bank account. In addition, if you have formed a Nevada organization, you may want to have a Nevada presence for the purpose of billing or invoicing as well as just having a "Nevada location". The establishing of the Nevada address is very inexpensive for these purposes.
