EIN stands for EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. This is a number
which the IRS requires you to have when you file tax returns for a
corporation and for employee purposes. In addition, most banks will
not allow you to open a bank account unless you have this number. You
must have an EIN to run a business. An EIN must
be obtained for an LLC as well as a corporation. Even if you already have an EIN as a sole proprietor, this number is not usable for the new corporation or LLC. You must obtain a new one. If you nave elected to have us provide it to you. CORP95 will provide a completed EIN application form for you and will obtain the EIN number from the IRS immediately upon the filing of your Articles of Incorporation.
